leaders in "full-service" artist management.
Founded in 2006, we have rapidly created a change in how the entertainment industry
operates as a whole. And although PBM has not been in joint operation long, its staff has a
combination of well over 72 years experience. Perhaps PBM's strongest suit is its elite staff,
which includes a handful of former indy and major label staff, musicians, writers, and music
producers.
Unlike our competitors, PBM has initialized a "client first approach," where we have based
our policies on our clients suggestions. By utilizing this unique client-manager relationship,
we have made way for plenty of satisfied clients. Additional policies that we have adapted
include non-exclusive and semi-exclusive client -management agreements; quarterly
marketing plans; low compensation percentages; and regular one-on-one meetings. Our
priority is to continue to develop this ideal business-to-business relationship and to differ
PBM's policies from the industry standard. Many of our competitors generalize their
approach with their clients. And through our experience, we have adopted the idea that
each client differentiates from the next and we handle each client with individual style and
character.
